- Manchester Airport Gets Its First Chill

Manchester Airport Developments (MADL) – the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group – has secured a new tenant at the World Freight Terminal. Chilled distribution company, Pangaean has taken 8861k sq ft.
This is the first refrigeration service company to occupy premises in England, outside of Heathrow.
Pangaean Ltd is a new logistics company specialising in the handling of air-freighted perishable products.
A spokesperson for Pangaean has said ‘We saw a need to provide these services outside London and recognised that Manchester Airport now has an excellent global route network of passenger and freighter flights’.
